HLUA Review for CCCOA Land Use Request/Permit
To start the HLUA Review process for a CCCOA Land Use Request/Permit, you can call the 800 Number above and select extension 4 or email your CCCOA Land Use Request, Drawings, and Permit, if issued, to brcook48653@yahoo.com. The 800 number greating will be updated soon to include the new extension 4 for HLUA Land Use Review.
Notice - Do not allow any kitchen grease to enter drains, wipe pans and place in garbage

The Higgins Lake Utilities Authority (HLUA) was created in May, 2007 by Lyon Township (Roscommon County) and Beaver Creek Township (Crawford County). The HLUA consists of a Treatment Facility and Collection System using E-One Grinder Pumps. Currently, we have 405 Cottages connected to the Treatment Facility using a low pressure E-One Grinder Pump System.
